Version 16.2 (1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024. Amended 1 December 2023)
From 1 July 2022, the Health Legislation (Fee Unit Conversion) Amendment Regulation 2022 requires that all fees are to be prescribed as a number of fee units rather than a dollar amount.
The fees payable provided below are calculated by multiplying the fee units payable (as stated in the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2016) by the value of a fee unit (as stated in the Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022).

- Fee payment online - Bpoint: the online payment is to be completed prior to submission of application.
- Once payment is completed, please attach a copy of the receipt to the application and email to private_health@health.qld.gov.au.
