Fees
Fees will apply for applications made under the new Act, for example, applications for a pharmacy business licence. The fees will be set out in a regulation made under the new Act.

Application for other change (e.g. change of business name, change of name of person, change in commercial arrangement, etc.) | $400 licence fee to reissue the licence where the change results in a change to the licence. A fee for review of trust or commercial arrangement may apply. |
