Statewide Review of Sexual Safety
Independent review into sexual harassment and sexual misconduct policies and procedures
On 12 March 2024, the former Minister for Health, Mental Health and Ambulance Services and Minister Women, Shannon Fentiman announced an independent review to ensure Queensland Health remains a safe, model employer (the Review).
The Review assessed existing Queensland Health sexual harassment and sexual misconduct policies and procedures against relevant legal obligations and best practice, and also considered survey data to identify patterns, areas of good practice and areas requiring further development.
