Listed are the Prosthetic Service Providers (PSP) recognised by QALS, these companies are responsible for the designing, manufacturing and maintenance of prosthetic limbs for clients registered with QALS.
PSPs provide services from multiple sites and at different locations, to obtain a full list of their operating locations, please check their website or contact the PSP directly.

Work Related
If you have suffered a workplace injury resulting in an amputation you may be eligible for funding under the workers compensation scheme for treatment and prosthetic services. Each scheme has different criteria for eligibility.
