Applicant Search/Delays: Thursday 12/12/2024 - Ongoing
There is an unplanned outage of the Applicant Search due to an IT fault causing client searches to fail. Applications can be completed by manually entering client details. Users may experience some system delays.
MASS-eApply Maintenance: Saturday 23 November 2024
MASS-eApply will be undergoing planned system maintenance from 9:00am to 2:00pm on Saturday 23 November. During this period you may experience disruptions and applicant search will be unavailable.
MASS-eApply Maintenance: Tuesday 29/10/2024
There is a planned MASS-eApply outage between 5:00pm to 10:00pm on Tuesday 29 October for system maintenance. MASS-eApply may be unavailable during this period.
MASS-eApply Maintenance: Monday 01/07/2024
There is a planned MASS-eApply outage between 7:30am to 8:30am on Monday 1 July 2024 for system maintenance. MASS-eApply may be unavailable during this period.
Receipt/Application Pdf (25/08/2023)
Please note that the MASS-eApply receipt emails currently do not have the application pdf attached.
To download a copy of your application's pdfs, open your application through the dashboard and go to the last page, click next and then click on the download pdf link. A guide is available with screenshots (PDF 199 kB).
Attachments to Applications (04/05/2022)
Some performance issues for users when attaching documents to applications, it is under investigation.
If you are experiencing issues, please email the MASS-eApply team with the:
- application type (e.g. Continence Aids, Palliative Continence, Spectacles etc) what page you are uploading (e.g. continence assessment page, palliative confirmation)
- application ID number (if known)
- applicant's name and date of birth
- a copy of the attachment(s)
- For continence assessments: please also advise if it's an initial or renewal application.
