Register as a Queensland Health Library user

• Queensland Health Libraries Search registration form (Note: access to some electronic resources may not be available until the day after registering with the library.)
• Cairns Hospital Library & Knowledge Centre forms: for Cairns and Hinterland HHS and Torres and Cape HHS staff
• Mackay Hospital and Health Service Library: for Mackay HHS staff
• UQ Library Membership Application form: for RBWH, STARS and Metro North staff based on the Herston campus
