Clinical education

Queensland Health nurses and midwives can enrol to do the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Using MS-2 Step training on iLearn.

Healthcare professionals can register on the MS-2 Step website for free online training and resources.

Clinical pathway

Midwives and nurses with the required qualifications and training can use the MS-2-Step Clinical Pathway (PDF 412 kB) for medical termination of pregnancy up to 9 weeks (63 days) gestational age.

Children by Choice

Children by Choice offers in-person and online training for Queensland Health staff. The training covers conscientious objection, pregnancy options and practical and reflective exercises for providing compassionate care. For more information call 1800 177 725 or email ed@childrenbychoice.org.au.
