Payroll Improvement Program

The Payroll Improvement Program team has been established to guide the implementation of the new payroll operating model, in consultation with Health Service Districts and Corporate Divisions, unions and employees.

The Payroll Improvement Program (PIP) is building on the work of the Payroll Stabilisation Project, which was established to address issues affecting the payroll system.
