The implementation of Queensland Health's new payroll system is affecting the timing and accuracy of payment to some of the department's staff.
Queensland Health values its staff and appreciates that this is a very difficult time for some employees. The department is doing everything it can to assist staff while the system issues are addressed.
Staff who have not received their pay, or have received an incorrect pay and are experiencing hardship as a result, can access immediate financial assistance through their local Districts.

A complete list of District and Division Payroll Assistance Contacts is available for all staff. A copy can be obtained from direct line managers or District People and Culture Directors.
A Payroll Stabilisation Project team was established to address issues that are affecting the payroll system. In July 2010 the team transitioned to the Payroll Improvement Program team.
