There is a torture and trauma service in each state and territory of Australia - an information, referral, resource and clinical consultation service. It is a state-wide service and services are provided free of charge - links to a wide range of State and Territory mental health specialists and services, advocacy groups and tertiary institutions to promote the mental health and wellbeing of Australia's culturally diverse communities - a national consumer-based peak body for people from non-English speaking background with a disability, their families and carers
