MASS - Prescriber Procedures

                

The MASS Statewide Prescriber Procedures have been prepared to assist prescribers in submitting applications to MASS and are updated regularly to reflect new requirements and eligibility criteria, and to clarify content.  The Spectacle Supply Scheme Administrative Guidelines are a section within this manual.
