National Minimum Data Set Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Services (NMDS-AODTS)
The NMDS:AODTS comprises a minimum set of data elements relating to alcohol and other drug treatment for the mandatory collection and reporting by all publicly funded agencies at the national level. All Queensland Health Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs services contribute to this collection.
Coordinated by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW), the aggregated NMDS:AODTS data aims to help plan, manage and improve the quality of alcohol and other drug treatment services by providing ongoing information on the demographics of clients who use these services, the treatment they receive, and information about the agencies themselves.
Find out more about the NMDS:AODTS at the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare website.
